Downloaded the most recent update, created a new xbox live account, downloaded the netflix app. It just goes to a To startup, sign in to your Xbox 360. Also, ensure that you are signed in to your Microsoft account with which you want to redeem the code. Now select the Xbox Guide with your controller. Then select the Games & Apps, there you can find the Redeem Code option. All I get is a jerky grainy picture with loud scratching sounds for audio. It's either the cable provider, [in my case Charter] or netflix itself. When I tried to do my own homework on this problem, I found 3 year old threads that spoke of netflix siphoning bandwith off of users with high levels of use. If you can find a fix, let me know!
