Vudu and Amazon Video having problems since the New Xbox
Possible problems at Vudu Vudu Outage map Vudu is an online video on demand service that is owned by Walmart. Vudu supports several devices, including Smart TVs, Xbox Terrible customer service. their customer service is a real nightmare. I can't contact anyone to get some kind of assistance. I don't think that my issues are big, but they can't be resolved without vudu customer service participation. We haven't written any how to guides for Vudu problems. This could be because we haven't gotten enough requests for them from customers using our website. And that could be because Vudu does not have many customers - or at least not many that use GetHuman to find and fix customer service problems. Problems with Vudu player on Windows 10 - Edge - I It doesn't work. It won't load flash movies or play them. It won't expand to full screen when you press the arrows. Vudu acknowledged that there is no support in Windows 10 and EDGE and this now bleeds over to IE11, but it does work right in Firefox and probably would also work in Chrome.
